Hi there! I’m Sasha Gordon, a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. If you’re here, you or a loved one are likely ready to make peace with food and rediscover a sense of well-being. I understand how overwhelming this process can feel, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard as we work together toward healing. Whether you’re dealing with an eating disorder, disordered eating patterns, or are struggling to make peace with food, I’m here to offer individualized nutrition counseling that’s centered around your needs and health conditions. I incorporate a Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating perspective into our sessions, focusing on whole-person health without the pressure of diets or weight loss.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I completed my undergraduate studies at Tulane University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with minors in Art History and Psychology. After Tulane, I returned to LA to pursue my Master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity at the University of Southern California.
My passion for helping others heal their relationships with food has led me to work in various settings, from outpatient care to residential treatment centers. I’ve gained experience working across all levels of care in eating disorder treatment, allowing me to support clients at any stage of their recovery journey. When I’m not working, I love spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, traveling, and relaxing with a good book or show.
